Welcome to Yarrawonga Waterfront Apartments!

We are located just metres across the border into NSW in the Lakeside town of Mulwala, NSW. Founded in 2010, Yarrawonga Waterfront Apartments recently had a change of hands in late 2021 and has since expanded their accommodation and facilities into seven convenient and accommodating apartments.

Six of our apartments are located in Cypress Drive and we have one townhouse 500 metres up the road off Melbourne St, Mulwala. We are just a short drive across the bridge from Yarrawonga, Victoria. Lake Mulwala, where you’ll find crystalline waters, beautiful sunsets and plentiful water activities is situated right on the border between the two states.

All our apartments are fully self-contained with a resort style swimming pool, kitchen amenities, BBQ areas, bathrooms and more!

When staying here at our apartments you are definitely located in the best place in town. Our apartments are in walking distance to the three big clubs and popular cafes and restaurants in town:

• Mulwala Ski Club (1km)

• Club Mulwala (550 metres)

• Yarrawonga Golf Club (1.1kms)

• Cross back over the bridge to Yarrawonga or stay in Mulwala, where you’ll find many restaurants and cafes. As well as play grounds, water activities, supermarkets and shops!
